we’ve been dabbling a bit using tofu (yes, that’s bean curd, folks) to cook with, and i recently tried this recipe, and it’s goooood. just ask him. yeah, okay, and the recipe says it makes 40 cookies, and i only got 24. does that mean that i ate 16 cookies worth of batter? ugh. that can’t be good. but at least i won’t get salmonella.
